Description
Lifelong Chathamite Annie Lutterloh Bynum began painting at age 76 when her son gave her a paint set to occupy her while she recovered from a broken leg. For nearly twenty-five years, Annie painted Chatham County scenes--and many versions of the one shown here of Pittsboro's main street in 1900. We are offering prints of this painting from our collection. (Prints are 8.5x11.)
