In Search of My Grandfathers ~ The Discovery of the Stedman Cemetery in Pittsboro, NC

Sunday, November 5 ~ Don't miss our program. Victor Burns, descendant of Revolutionary War patriot Nathan Alexander Stedman, will present In Search of my Grandfathers, The Discovery of the Stedman Family Cemetery in Pittsboro NC. Although it was located just yards from the Historic Courthouse, the cemetery had been forgotten for decades and the property used for other purposes. Join us to learn how it was rediscovered and the remains recovered.

Our programs are free, and everyone is welcome. The program will be held in the Historic Courthouse from 2-3pm. The Museum will be open for First Sunday from noon until 4pm. We hope to see you there!
