We can't do it alone. Here's how you can help...

• Let CCHA know about any old structures—houses, sheds, barns, walls, wells, or other man-made creations—or gravesites—that exist on land slated for development or that are deteriorating and should be documented.

• Share your photographs and memories of Chatham sites and structures. Take photos of houses, barns, or other structures for our collection.

• Share your old photos, which are valuable in documenting a structure —especially ones that have deteriorated or no longer exist. If you can’t part with your originals, allow us to scan them and make the digital copy part of our collection.

• Do you have experience renovating an old house or outbuilding? Have you worked with National Register applications?  If so, volunteer to share your knowledge with someone who is new to the process.
